Last updated: 26 August 2026. These terms govern your use of GotSubmitted (the “Service”). By creating an account, submitting a campaign, or paying for the package, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

1. The service

GotSubmitted is a manual directory submission package. After you complete your business profile and pay the one-time fee, we submit your information to the directories listed on our site at the time of purchase. Directory lists can change. Third-party websites set their own rules, review times, and acceptance criteria. We do not own those websites and cannot guarantee listing, ranking, traffic, backlinks, or AI visibility.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that is abusive, fraudulent, or that violates these terms.

3. Fees and payment

The complete package is a one-time payment of $499 USD, unless we state another price at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. Until payment is confirmed, we may keep your campaign queued and not start directory submissions.

4. No refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any conditions. Full details are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Your content

You grant us a licence to use the business information, logos, screenshots, and other materials you submit so we can perform the Service and communicate with directories. You confirm you have the right to provide that material and that it is not illegal or misleading.

6. No guarantees

Directory operators may delay, edit, reject, or later remove listings. Estimated traffic and domain scores on our site are illustrative only. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, leads, revenue, or that every directory will accept your business.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GotSubmitted and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the package that gave rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version.
